I have waited for weeks now why have I not received my SYNNEX Rewards card?

In order to receive a Rewards card, you must earn at least $10 on the card from a specific SYNNEX Rewards Promotion in order to receive one.

How do I change account holders?

How long does it take to typically receive my SYNNEX Rewards card through the mail?

It usually takes 7 to 10 Business days.

How do I earn SYNNEX Rewards dollars?

To earn SYNNEX Rewards dollars, you must purchase the specified products that are stated in the SYNNEX Rewards promotion during the promotional period. Who is responsible for paying the taxes once I have received the points It is the card holders responsibility to claim the taxes on the points received.

Where is the SYNNEX Rewards Card accepted?

The card can only be used at participating merchants within Canada, the United States and its territories, District of Columbia, and where otherwise noted. The list of participating merchants is provided on the www.eycanada.com site and may be updated daily.

What is the value of a point?

One point equals one Canadian dollar in purchasing power.

How do I check my SYNNEX Rewards points?

Go to www.pointspot.com and enter your 15 digit number on the SYNNEX Rewards card.

What if I don’t have my SYNNEX Rewards card?

Enter your designated community and then go to the SYNNEX Rewards site and click Reseller/Rep Reporting to see if you have earned any dollars in any of the promotions.

What types of questions will the exclusively yours Card Customer Service Center be able to answer?

The Customer Service Center can assist you with any Card-related questions/issues including:

Reporting the Card lost or stolen Replacing the Card Checking the point balance Transaction History

What should I do if my SYNNEX Rewards Card is lost or stolen?

Report the loss immediately by calling 1-800-521-5707 and provide the Card number.

Is there a fee associated if I lose my SYNNEX Rewards card?

Yes, the first replacement is free after that there is a fee of 30 points per card.

Do SYNNEX Rewards cards ever lose their value?

Yes. The valid thru date is printed on the front of every Card. All points must be used prior to the last day of the month of the valid thru date or the remaining unused points will be forfeited, subject to applicable law. However, if the Card issued to you is reloadable and the Sponsor of the program, in its sole discretion, elects to continue the program beyond the valid thru date, the Sponsor may request we transfer any remaining points to a new Card, with a new valid thru date. Invalid Cards are not replaceable, refundable or returnable. If you are not certain if the Card is reloadable, please contact the sponsoring company that requested the Card be sent to you.

I do not agree with the point balance online. How do I reconcile?

Will I receive a monthly statement like with a credit card?

No, but you have 24HR access to check your points anytime at pointspot.com, it will also show the last 90 days of recent transaction.

How do I request all my transaction logs?

Contact Rewards@synnex.com , from there they will email you your transactions, please confirm your address and email.
