You have expressed an interest in applying for an account with
SYNNEX Canada Limited and/or EMJ Data Systems Ltd. (collectively
hereinafter referred to as "SYNNEX"). We are delighted
that you are considering us as a new business partner and will
promptly process your application.
SYNNEX offers an easy three-step program to establish an account.
If you are an authorized computer reseller or retail dealer, please
follow the online program as outlined below:

Complete either the Online
Reseller Credit Application (English) or the Online
Reseller Credit Application (French) and all the required
additional forms.
If requesting credit card terms, please complete the Credit
Card Authorization form. You will find this form on the Online
Reseller Credit Application form. |

Please submit a copy of your provincial sales tax exemption
form in all provinces where you ship product as well as your
business license. You will find this form on the Online Reseller
Credit Application form. |
| Step 3: |
Please fax or e-mail the completed and signed Reseller
Credit Application printout package to:

Approved applicants requesting a prepay, credit card or flooring
terms account will receive, within 48 hours of SYNNEX receiving
the completed package, a notification via fax and/or email of an
account number authorizing you to commence purchasing as a new
SYNNEX customer.
Should you require net terms, please submit your fiscal year
end financial statements for the last two (2) years including supportive
notes and your most recent cumulative financial figures (interim)
both “signed and dated”. You will receive a reply within
seven (7) business days as to the status of our credit investigation.
Further information may be required to complete the credit review.
Once enrolled as a new customer account holder, SYNNEX is pleased
to offer an array of financial programs in addition to our traditional
credit account facilities. Please contact your financial services
regional department for more information.
