Inside Sales Representative – Commercial Central (3 OPENINGS)
 

Position: Inside Sales Representative – Commercial Central (3 OPENINGS)
Reports to: Manager, Sales
Location: Toronto
Status: Full Time, Permanent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, closing, rate, quota, etc.) managing a full territory account base
  • Minimum achievement with assigned revenue and gross profit dollar quota to goal
  • Provide pricing and contact pricing to customers as required
  • Position products and service programs suited to customer request
  • RA process request to customer service when applicable
  • Outbound calls, servicing the client where applicable
  • Handle incoming calls for the call center
  • Provide ETA and shipping information as requested
  • Process orders correctly, accurately and back-order account maintenance/combination
  • Provide excellent follow-up to customer requests
  • Provide excellent customer service towards all accounts
  • Attend all scheduled SYNNEX training initiatives
  • Work in a safe manner. Be conscious at all times, of safety on the job, by adhering to the established healthy & safety measures and practices of the company. Report workplace hazards and any violations of the relevant legislation of the employer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year Inside Sales experience or 2 years industry related experience
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Team player
  • Strong Product knowledge
  • Innovative and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and responsive
  • PC literate – Knowledge of MS Office
  • Required to work extended hours occasionally
  • High School Diploma
  • University or secondary school an asset
