Responsibilities:
- Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, closing, rate, quota, etc.)
managing a full territory account base
- Minimum achievement with assigned revenue and OPL quota to goal
- Provide pricing and contract pricing to customers as required
- Position products and service programs suited to customer requirements
- RA process request to customer service when applicable
- Outbound calls, servicing the client where applicable
- Handle incoming calls for the call center
- Process orders correctly, accurately and back-order account maintenance/combination
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to all requests including ETA, tracking details
- Attend all scheduled SYNNEX training initiatives and annual Sale Conference
- Work in a safe manner. Be conscious at all times, of safety on the job, by adhering to the established healthy & safety measures and practices of the company. Report workplace hazards and any violations of the relevant legislation of the employer.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum one year industry related experience with inside sales
- Strong desire to learn
- Team player
- Strong product knowledge
- Innovative and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and responsive
- PC literate – Knowledge of MS Office
- Required to work extended hours occasionally
- High School Diploma
- University or secondary school an asset
