Kevin Murai,
President and Chief Executive Officer
SYNNEX Corporation
Mr. Murai serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at SYNNEX Corporation with leadership responsibility for all aspects of the business. Mr. Murai joined SYNNEX in March 2008 as Co-Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a seasoned executive, Mr. Murai has more than 19 years of distribution channel experience with focused expertise in global management, operations, information technology and customer relationships. Prior to SYNNEX, Mr. Murai was President and Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Micro. During his nineteen-year tenure at Ingram Micro, he held a series of senior management positions in all aspect of the Company’s operations and was responsible for the integration of Ingram Micro’s former U.S. and Canadian regions as a single management team. Mr. Murai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. |

Mitchell Martin,
President, SYNNEX Canada Ltd.
In March 2009, Mitchell was appointed President, SYNNEX Canada Limited with full P & L responsibility for the Canadian Business. Prior to this, Mitchell served as President, Broadline Division for SYNNEX Canada.
He joined Merisel Canada's Products department in 1989 where he was instrumental in moving many of the industry's largest suppliers to a two-tiered distribution system. In 1999, Mitchell became the Senior Vice President of Product and Inventory Management for Merisel Americas based in El Segundo, California. In 2000, Mitchell returned to Canada as President, Merisel Canada.
Mitchell graduated from York University in Toronto with a Master's degree in Business Administration, with emphasis in the areas of product marketing and product management. |

Dave J. Dukowski,
Vice President, Major Retail Sales
Mr. Dukowski was appointed to his current role in August 2000. Before joining Merisel in January 1996 as National Director of Major Retail, he served as Director of Retail Sales at Packard Bell . He's also held positions such as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Noma Outdoor Products and Senior Buyer at Sears Canada. Mr. Dukowski graduated from York University in 1974 with an honours Business Administration degree, with emphasis in the areas of sales and marketing. |

Michael Gazdic,
Vice President, Marketing
Mr. Gazdic joined SYNNEX Canada in June 2009 as the Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for leading SYNNEX Canada’s marketing efforts utilizing his expertise in initiating, developing and executing meaningful channel sales programs and marketing campaigns.
He is instrumental in the launch and management of Varnex Canada, SYNNEX’ small-to-medium business community designed specifically for the Canadian reseller community.
Prior to joining SYNNEX Canada, Mr. Gazdic was formerly with Ingram Micro Canada, Inc. as the Vice President of Vendor Management, where he was responsible for all vendor customized marketing programs, vendor sales specialists and purchasing. |

Mark Hardy,
Vice President, Product Management
Mr. Hardy joined the SYNNEX Canada team in 1998 and has held progressive positions in both Marketing and Product Management. Mr. Hardy was promoted to lead the Product Management team in 2005 and was promoted to his current title in 2007.
Prior to joining SYNNEX, Mr. Hardy spent more than 10 years in both distribution and retail roles. Mr. Hardy holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph with emphasis in several disciplines. |

Keith Jalbert,
Vice President, Commercial Sales & Business Development
In June 2006, SYNNEX Canada welcomed Keith Jalbert to the Team as Vice President, Technology Solutions Division. Keith brings over 20 years of experience selling high value IT products to both resellers and end user customers.
Prior to joining the SYNNEX Team, Keith helped Agilysis/KeyLink Systems in Canada to become a leading company by selling high value solution products. |

George Kelly,
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Kelly was appointed Vice President of Operations in September of 2004. He joined the SYNNEX team in 1995 and has grown through a series of positions such as, Senior Operations Manager of the Toronto Distribution Centre and Director of Operations for Canada. Prior to Joining SYNNEX, Mr. Kelly held the role of Product Launch Manager with Xerox Canada. Mr. Kelly attended Sheridan College for two years, followed by two years at York University where he studied Logistics. |

Diane Maefs,
Vice President of Financial Services
Ms. Maefs joined SYNNEX Canada in December of 2000 as Vice-President of Financial Services. Previous to this, she held the role of Director of Credit for Ingram Micro Inc. in the United States, and has also been employed as a dispute resolution and credit organization consultant.
Ms.Maefs has over 20 years experience in the credit field and over 14 years experience in the U.S. computer distribution channel. Ms. Maefs studied at the University at Buffalo, the State University of New York (SUNY). |

Charlie Spano,
Vice President, Finance
Mr. Spano joined SYNNEX Canada in October 2009 as Vice President, Finance. Before joining SYNNEX, Mr. Spano was a Vice President of Finance with Canwest Broadcast and Canadian Chief Financial Officer for Ingram Micro Canada.
Mr. Spano also spent 7 years with Deloitte & Touche in Mississauga.
Mr. Spano is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in Finance, Tax, Business Planning and Analysis, and Treasury. In 1988 he graduated from the University of Toronto at Mississauga with a Bachelor of Commerce. |

Michael Dunne,
Associate Vice President, Sales Operations
Mr. Dunne joined SYNNEX Canada Ltd. in December 1994 as an Inside Sales Representative. Since that time, he has held various positions in the company, including Director of Inside Sales, Director of National Accounts and Director of Business Development.
Prior to his employment at SYNNEX, Mr. Dunne held management positions at a Value Added Reseller and at an automobile dealership.
In 1985, he graduated from York University in Toronto, Ontario with a degree in Mathematics for Commerce. |
